Flowery Orange Pekoe (F.O.P.) consists of high-quality whole young tea leaves harvested from the first two leaves and bud of the tea plant. Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe (T.G.F.O.P.) represents an even higher grade, containing a greater abundance of golden leaf buds ("tips"), producing an exceptionally refined and flavorful tea.
